Terms of Service

Card In helps you compare credit cards and discover offers from participating banks. Card In is an independent information and comparison service — we are not a bank, lender, or payment processor, we do not issue credit cards, and we never ask for or store your actual card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll clearly communicate any changes before they affect you.

You need an account to save cards/offers and leave comments. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You can update your name, profile picture, and password, or permanently delete your account, at any time from Settings.

When using Card In, you agree not to:

• Post comments that are abusive, defamatory, spam, or unlawful
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any bank
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Card details, rewards, fees, and offers shown on Card In are collected for informational purposes and may change without notice. Always confirm current terms directly with the issuing bank before applying for a card or relying on an offer — Card In is not responsible for outdated, inaccurate, or expired information displayed on the Service.

You keep ownership of comments and content you post, but you grant us a license to display it on the Service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Card In does not provide financial advice — decisions about which card to apply for are yours alone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card In is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
